Return & Refund Policy
We are confident that you will love your purchases from Damsel Designer Dress Agency however we understand how important it is to have complete peace of mind when shopping.
If you do need to return an item, please

Please advise us within 24hours of receiving your item. We will then contact you and inform you of the best method of returning your item for a full refund.
Once you have confirmed your return with a member of staff please return the item in the original packaging incl all dust bags and authenticity cards
Please use a secure courier ensuring the returned item is insured and a signature is required upon receipt.
Return postage is paid for by the buyer
You may also return items directly to the shop.
Goods not returned within 5 working days of acceptance of cancellation by both parties will not be eligible for a refund.
You must return the item by means of a secure courier. You must ensure the returned item is insured. You must ensure the courier requires a signature upon receipt. You can also return in person to our shop.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the canceled order.
Once we receive your return, provided you have fulfilled the instructions above and the item/s are in the condition we shipped it to you in, we will process a full refund within 5 working days
If any goods canceled and returned are found not to be in the condition we sent it to you in, then we have the legal right to refuse a refund and the item will be returned to you at your own cost.
